Order processing

  • Most orders are ready to be shipped in 1-2 business days. It can take longer during the holiday season or if the orders are larger than usual.
  • You will be getting email notifications with order status updates.
  • If you need to update your shipping info, please get in touch with us as soon as possible. If your order is not packed yet, we can update it.

  • $7 flat no matter how many packages you order
  • We ship most of our orders via NZ post
  • It takes 2-3 business days for all NZ, maybe longer in North Island

  • We ship to most countries
  • Run through checkout to get a shipping quote
  • You are responsible for any custom fees that may occur

Return and refund

For personalised photos, we are sorry but this is not eligible for the Return and refund policy. We have a 7-day return policy, which means you have 7 days after receiving your item to request a return.

To be eligible for a return, your item must be in the same condition that you received it, unworn or unused, with tags, and in its original packaging. You’ll also need the receipt or proof of purchase.

Damages and issues

Please inspect your order upon reception and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged or if you receive the wrong item, so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right.

Refunds

We will notify you once we’ve received and inspected your return, and let you know if the refund was approved or not. If approved, you’ll be automatically refunded on your original payment method. Please remember it can take some time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund too.
